RYAN'S PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY

Most of our body's systems work well in optimal conditions and can recover from illness when provided with the proper supportive ingredients. The brain is no exception and it possesses the natural ability to heal itself. Sometimes due to extreme or repetitive psychological injury, the healing process is impaired and requires intervention. Therapy, medication, and other healing modalities can provide the supportive conditions required to re-establish healing.

I am a discerning prescriber of psychotropic medication for clients who would benefit from its legitimate role in their healing process. Additionally, I offer
high-quality, client-centered, and strength-based psychotherapy that is focused on healing and recovery.

I practice from a holistic perspective and will evaluate pertinent lifestyle factors such as nutrition, activity level, stressors, sleep quality, relationships, and spiritual resources in order to identify your needs and help you restore your mental and physical health.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

Basically, Ryan saved my life. She was amazing. She's the best behavioral health person I've come across my whole life. Every time I have a problem with medicine, we talk about it and find a better way. She recommended an herbal supplement, which has been working. I think she's a fantastic nurse practitioner. I went to her because I was struggling with postpartum depression. She helped me completely turn it around. I've never felt unsafe.

________________

She's very attentive and cares and understands even though she hasn't been in my situation. She does her job very well; she has passion; it's not just a pay-check for her."

Your compassionate attention and professional care saved my life. There are not enough words for me to express my appreciation. Words could never express my gratitude for all you did for me. You are really amazing and a brilliant human being!"
