Psychotherapy & Medication Management
Ryan's
Practice
Philosophy

Most of our body's systems work well in optimal conditions and can recover from illness when provided with the proper supportive ingredients. The brain is no exception and it possesses the natural ability to heal itself. Sometimes due to extreme or repetitive psychological injury, the healing process is impaired and requires intervention. Therapy, medication, and other healing modalities can provide the supportive conditions required to re-establish healing.
I am a discerning prescriber of psychotropic medication for clients who would benefit from its legitimate role in their healing process. Additionally, I offer high-quality, client-centered, and strength-based psychotherapy that is focused on healing and recovery.
I practice from a holistic perspective and will evaluate pertinent lifestyle factors such as nutrition, activity level, stressors, sleep quality, relationships, and spiritual resources in order to identify your needs and help you restore your mental and physical health.
The brain has an amazing ability to heal itself from psychological trauma. My role is to prepare and then guide my clients on that journey.
